Disciplined underwriting. Clear decisions.

Invest With Jetstream

This is where opportunity meets discipline. When a deal is open, you will find it below, with everything you need to evaluate it. When one is not, you can get on the list so you are first to know when the next one is. Either way, the next step is a conversation.

How We Underwrite

We Protect Your Capital Before We Try to Grow It

[client will share deals to add here]

Here is what is open right now. Take your time with it. Review the property, the plan, the projected returns, and the risks, then start a conversation when you are ready. Every offering is open to accredited investors, with a typical minimum of $50,000.

Not sure it is a fit, or want to talk it through first? That is exactly how most investors start. Reach out and we will walk you through it, no pressure.

No Deal Is Open Right Now.
The Next One Won't Stay Open Long.

We work deal by deal and we underwrite quickly, so openings come and go faster than you might expect. The best move is to get on the list now and get yourself accredited, so when the next opportunity is ready, you are ready too, instead of hearing about it after it has filled.

While you wait, get to know how we work. The investors who do best with us are the ones who already understand the process by the time a deal opens, so the decision is easy when the moment comes.

Strong properties. Strong markets.

What Our Last Opportunity Looked Like

Our most recent deal is a 197-unit acquisition in Tennessee. We underwrote it conservatively, and within the first 3.5 months, rents had already reached the targets we projected for year two. It generates roughly $60,000 a month in cash flow, and investors are expected to earn over 20%.

That is the kind of opportunity worth being ready for. Returns are projected, not guaranteed.

From Interested to Invested

Step 1
Start a conversation

We talk through your goals and answer your questions, on Zoom, a call, or by message. No pressure.

Step 2
Review the deal

If a deal is open, you get the full picture: the property, the plan, the projected returns, and the risks.

Step 3
Confirm and sign

As an accredited investor, you enter the deal room, review the PPM and operating agreement prepared by attorneys, and sign when you are comfortable.

Step 4
Fund and get to work

You wire your investment, it is held until closing, and then your money goes to work. From there, you receive quarterly distributions.

No pressure

Reaching Out Is Not a Commitment

Past performance is not indicative of future results.

A lot of people hesitate here because they think one message means a salesperson will start chasing them. That is not how Brett works. You can ask a question and get a straight answer with no obligation to go further. He would rather you understand the opportunity fully than feel pushed into it. It is an opportunity he is showing you, not something he is selling.

Absolutely, and most people do. You can book a call or just send a question first. There is no obligation to invest.

Ready When You Are

Whether there is a deal open today or you are getting ready for the next one, the first step is the same: a conversation. See what is open, or send a question and start there.
