Jetstream is an early-stage sponsor. Its own track record to date consists of its current holding, a 197-unit multifamily acquisition in Tennessee, which has not yet completed a full investment cycle. Where we reference our partners’ history, we do so to describe the experience of the team we work with, and we clearly label it as our partners’ results, not Jetstream’s own performance.
