The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Jetstream or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
Information you submit through the Site (for example, through a contact or waitlist form) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. If you provide a phone number and opt in, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Jetstream related to your inquiry and our offerings. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, and consent to messaging is not a condition of any investment.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jetstream and its members, managers, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Investment involves risk, including the possible loss of principal, and any such risk is governed by the applicable offering documents and our Disclosures, not by these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jetstream and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the effective date above will be updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
